Oh, you absolutely must! You can also make it yourself if it’s not available nearby (I just post a recipe for homemade cookie butter, mm). And it’s okay–I think the reason I only made one batch of these bon-bons was because, unfortunately, the cookie butter just kept vanishing before I could put it in. Weird!
