We&#039;re going to be bloggy friends, I can feel it! ;) I imagine it would be totally possible to do it the meringue way; I just find that heating it up allows the sugar (since there&#039;s a large amount) to dissolve completely before you start whipping it. I&#039;d love to hear what happens if you just went straight through though! &lt;3 &lt;3 Yay, no-churns unite!]]></description>
