Haha! I’ve heard the same story about macarons from other folks, but I guess it’s a balance of know-how and confidence–I will definitely try making them soon! These macarons look heavenly! I can imagine that they’re awesome with the hazelnut flour addition! And raspberry and chocolate us such a perfect combo indeed xxx
