As you said, the cheesecake is very forgiving. Even though it broke into some pieces, I was able to put them together. Delicious masterpiece! I thought mine was a fail until I tasted it.

Hey Rose! Sorry for the late reply while I was on holiday schedule. I hope you got to give this a try! As for cheesecake slicing tips, I personally like to use a cake leveler to slice my cheesecake–but any kind of taut clean, wire will do. Freezing your cheesecake layers and allowing them to thaw slightly before slicing also helps.
