Baking makes my heart happy, tis a brill way to relax after a stressful day too, I often bake purely so I get to share the goodies with my friends and colleagues. I have a very similar treat here at work, but yours sounds WAAAAAY tastier. 🙂

Visited Cambridge 2 years ago. Magical place, especially King’s college church with the magnificent fan vaulted ceiling. Now I can listen to the radio broadcast of the lesson of the carols every Christmas and picture being there. The cheesecake bars look yummy. A must bake for my next book club.
