Hey Denise! That’s a good question–I haven’t tried it, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it with the chocolate and all. If you’re trying to make them in advance, you should be fine having these at room temperature! Hope that helps.

You could, though I haven’t tried using homemade cookie butter in this recipe. I’d recommend this one: http://www.averiecooks.com/2013/01/homemade-cookie-butter-peanut-butter.html Hope that helps!
