Thanks for the note--I&#039;ve updated the instructions to reflect the *three* pans for dividing batter! Also, I&#039;m sorry this cake didn&#039;t turn out for you--beating the sugar and butter together until the mixture is extremely airy/fluffy can certainly help, as can making sure that the baking powder is still fresh.]]></description>
