Friday Wallflavourites: Edition 6

Wait, it’s the last week of May–somebody tell me how that happened?!

At least it’s Friday, and you know what that means: more Friday Wallflavourites! For daily updates about my favorite recipes and bloggers each week, follow me on FacebookTwitterInstagram, and Pinterest. If it’s your first time here–welcome, I love meeting new faces! I hope you poke around my blog to see more fun features and lively recipes.

I don’t know about you, but I can always use an amazing appetizer in my life that doesn’t involve the word blah. So here comes possibly the most un-blah appetizer I have ever seen: some Everything Pretzel Baked Onion Rings via Oh Sweet Basil! This. Girl. Is on fire.

Okay, so I also have a slight cyber-crush on Michelle from Brown-Eyed Baker’s recipes–they have never failed me, ever. And now, I’m ready for a fail-free plunge with this Peanut Butter Cup Icebox Cake!

I also love the idea of using banana as a binder in this granola recipe–I’ll be making Tropical Granola Bars very soon, I can feel it in my summer-bones! via A Clean Bake.

I’m all about ice cream these days (let’s be real–what day am I not all about ice cream?), so I pretty much died when I saw this gorgeously scooped Caramel Coconut Twix Ice Cream from Zainab over at Blahnik Baker. Uh, yes please!

Speaking of ice cream season, can I introduce you to the wonderful vegan ice cream talents of Aimee over at my counterpart-named blog, Wallflour Girl? She just shared this Vegan Baileys Ice Creamrecipe from her upcoming cookbook–I think I’m in love and could review this cookbook all day once it comes out.

And really, who are we trying to kid? Here’s one more (also vegan) ice cream recipe for your summer pleasure. A Creamy Mint Brownie Ice Cream from the oh-so talented Minimalist Baker–just another reason to love the summer months! Not that we really need any more, right?
